+ Fooddesign

When I conjure up images in my head of what an industrial designer does I typically think of electronic gadgets, cars, soft goods, etc. Certainly ID does not have to be limited to those categories. Case in point, here is a designer specializing in fooddesign Katja Gruijters. Her work is fun, inspirational, different, and makes you think about the vast design possibilities of the form food can take. (Also, be sure to check out the film under inspiration/making sweets.)
