+ Education and the Future

It seems now after the democrat and republican national conventions, almost half of my TV viewing time is spent watching political ads. One tends to hear a lot about the candidates’ plans on energy, the war in Iraq, etc., but what about their plans on education? We can discuss our thoughts surrounding improvements on the educational process, but wouldn’t it be great if we had some friends in Washington to support our ideas as well?
